Our Home Health Care Process
Doctor’s orders are needed before starting your home health care. Once your doctor refers you for home health services, you can contact our home health agency to schedule an appointment. We’ll come to your home to talk to you about your needs and ask you some questions about your health. Our staff will also discuss your care plan with your doctor and keep them updated about your progress. Our home health staff will see you as often as your doctor ordered.
